The Coaching Process
The coaching begins with a coaching consultation to build our relationship and assess your personal and professional coaching goals.
Then a series of assessments are completed to help me understand your behavior style, background and coaching focus for the year.
The coaching begins with a two-hour phone session discussing the assessments and determining the personal and professional coaching goals for the year. Coaching sessions after the initial two-hour are every two weeks for 30 minutes.
Professional coaching is available for ministry leaders through Ministry Coaching International and business leaders through Building Champions.
